I adored the rooftop terrace. The city view was quite something. hot foot baths provided such bliss, and a complimentary drink added a special touch. the onsen felt divine, a soothing escape after long days.

The room, though tidy, felt VERY small. storage was VERY limited. Our suitcases barely fit. plastic glassware at the rooftop bar somewhat diminished the experience. I YEARNED for a proper glass.

The rooftop bar offered a fantastic view and happy hour. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and popsicles available in the lobby. The location was ideal, close to sights and restaurants. The staff was sweet and cute.

The rooms were small. The window faced a brick building. There was a lack of light. The room felt claustrophobic.

This hotel is in a tourist area. Gion District is within walking distance, I liked it. Other attractions require public transport. The location is excellent, near shopping areas and the Takashimaya and Daimaru.

i liked that the hotel offered complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby it was available . the staff helped me send my luggage to my next destination i found this useful. the hotel is close to many shops that was super.

the room felt a little small i had a superior double. there was very little storage space it was hard to keep the room tidy. i found the breakfast bento box repetitive with the same items daily.

I felt really let down by this hotel, especially after seeing such positive reviews. the room, a superior double room, felt very cramped. there was barely any space for our suitcases and almost no storage. also, the staff wasn't very accommodating. I found them to be quite inflexible with requests.
